LUIXER connects to a cloud SIP trunk by default — no on-site hardware required to go live. Client-owned phone lines and existing numbers can be ported or connected directly.
Optional LUIXER Edge Appliance
For organizations that need on-premise call handling or private network isolation, an optional LUIXER Edge Appliance can be deployed at your UAE office.
Telecom carrier fees, SIP trunk charges, SIM plans, WhatsApp provider fees, and on-premise hardware are billed separately unless explicitly bundled into a custom contract.
